'Sit down'! Rob Reiner can't believe Trump's having a 'display of autocracy' during a crisis (that Reiner said didn't exist)

Tomorrow there’s a 4th of July parade and fireworks in Washington, DC, and as you might guess, one of the leaders of the Hollywood chapter of the anti-Trump Resistance does not like it one bit:

In the face of a humanitarian crisis, that this malignant narcissist would steal taxpayer dollars to stage a partisan display of Autocracy to massage his damaged psyche is nothing short of sociopathic.

Since he mentioned it, some are old enough to remember way back earlier this year when Reiner sang a different “crisis” tune:

I thought there was no crisis. Speaker Nancy Pelosi called the situation "a fake crisis at the border."
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer called it "a crisis that does not exist."

Reiner sounded very different back when Trump was the one warning about a “crisis” at the border:
