As we told you this morning, Rep. Dan Crenshaw met Chris Evans, and the “Captain America” actor was most impressed with Crenshaw’s glass eye.

Evans later tweeted about it:
A VERY cool use of vibranium https://t.co/zv5L9hqqTl

Nice, right? Well, you just knew there would be some who couldn’t get past it:
All the lefties living in their bubbles, getting all upset that Chris Evans would even dare to, in any way, associate with a conservative, for any reason.
Politics doesn't have to be everything.
This was a cool and wholesome moment https://t.co/Cy2uxcovIr— Mitchell H. ?? (@CaesarIncarnate) March 9, 2019
Absolutely! But for this comment alone, the Twitter mob has unleashed the pitchforks and torches on Chris. https://t.co/0cm6AP7M3t

These comments are so infuriating. Crenshaw only has one eye because he fought for your right to criticize him. Have some respect. He is not a Nazi, racist bigot. https://t.co/7CN4uC03Gv

The left is actually so mad he tweeted this. Can't y'all not loose you're shit over a tweet please https://t.co/YJgeeEY699

The fact you are being dragged for having a photo taken with a man who honorably and bravely served this nation, by people who care only that his politics do not align with theirs, should tell you everything you need to know about them. Seriously. Wake up.

Look no further than the replies to this tweet to see the unabashed divide in American society. Chris and Dan put aside their political differences, got together, and acted like humans being friends. And people here hate it. Pretty sad. https://t.co/zshI8vvnjZ

Captain America really gave a superhero-strength kick to the left’s hornet’s nest, that’s for sure:
We do not stan Dapper Nazis, Chris. pic.twitter.com/rK0mUQizlD

Nooo Chris, not this dude. https://t.co/4o9xgblTEV
— Jessica #Beto2020 (@jesscobedo) March 9, 2019
Isn't that guy is a racist? https://t.co/0m2qUsvAVm
— Sizwe (@sizwey) March 9, 2019

— academy award winning black panther (@baerhodey) March 9, 2019
My man, that’s a Nazi
— Nicolás Delgadillo (@NickyD715) March 9, 2019
Dawg that guy is literally hydra
— gary from “nice gary”! (@beesheriff) March 9, 2019
Chris, that’s a nazi. Like…an actual nazi.
…so unless you’re planning on kicking his ass in act 3, I’d be very wary
