Resistance PIVOT: Joe Scarborough declares Dems' Russia narrative DOA after IG report, assigns NEW blame for Hillary's loss

The Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General’s report about the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email shenanigans and surrounding events has made MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” co-host take the Resistance’s focus off their Russia narrative and instead put the blame squarely on the former FBI director:

Vladimir Putin did nothing to elect Donald Trump. James Comey did.

Today’s IG Report proves Comey’s team sat on the Weiner letter until such time it caused maximum damage.
