JOURNALISM! Andrea Mitchell fawning interview with Cecile Richards sparks MAJOR eye rolls

Twitter users who saw NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell’s interview with outgoing Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards noted that the interview was less than hard hitting, including what Mitchell said to Richards to close it out:

“Journalism”!

I also liked the part where Cecile Richards said that Planned Parenthood provides breast cancer screenings and you didn't press her at all https://t.co/MYMIgixa2d

ZERO pushback from Andrea Mitchell on the Repeated LIE by Cecile Richards that PP provides mammograms. Pathetic. https://t.co/yyFZi4Uums

This @mitchellreports interview with Cecile Richards is a perfect example of bias in mainstream media.

No tough questions. Glowing compliments. Using same talking points.

Richards no doubt appreciated all the softballs.
