Geraldo Rivera proposal: Can't buy an AR-15 until old enough to buy alcohol

There are plenty of ideas being floated about what should be done in the wake of the shooting at a high school in Florida, and Geraldo Rivera shared this idea:

Tying the purchase of guns to the age a person is legally allowed to consume intoxicating beverages might be the cause for quite a debate on both sides of the aisle.
