Ben Shapiro is speaking at UC Berkeley tonight, and the hot takes from those opposed to him are rolling in fast. Here’s one of the hottest:

Suspected white supremacist Ben Shapiro, who tries to mask his racist rhetoric by claiming to be jewish, is in Berkeley now #BenAtBerkeley

— Tariq Nasheed ?? (@tariqnasheed) September 14, 2017

Seriously?

"Claiming to be Jewish."

If Tariq isn't being anti-Semitic here he's flirting pretty hard with it. https://t.co/RWxBU8siDQ

“Suspected white supremacist,” “claiming to be Jewish,” just wow. https://t.co/dMtsnXsOC7

No take is too hot this evening.

Uh, in 2016, @benshapiro was listed by the @ADL_National as the #1 journalistic target of … wait for it… WHITE SUPREMACISTS! https://t.co/VsjumQFf2w

It’s like watching some sort of “truther” rumor in the making.

Hahahahahaha! Uh, he's really, really Jewish. #Buffoon https://t.co/xMyDO99zlX

Pathetic. "Claiming to be Jewish" https://t.co/F7PjL01nFL

We're on to you, Adolf Jefferson Stonewall Beauregard Shapirohttps://t.co/h1S0XzpXeA

— David Burge (@iowahawkblog) September 14, 2017

Simply amazing. But wait, Nasheed also added this:

The new talking point from white supremacists is if u criticize Ben Shapiro's racist views, they will say u are anti-semetic #benatberkeley

— Tariq Nasheed ?? (@tariqnasheed) September 15, 2017

IRONY ALERT!

Isn't that what you're doing? Because he doesn't follow progressive views you hold dear he's now a white supremacist?

— Zachary Souza (@ZachyStarfucker) September 15, 2017

Claiming Ben is a "white supremacist masking his rhetoric by claiming to be Jewish" is exactly what an anti-Semitic racist would say Tariq. https://t.co/XJ4W6SB4gh

Self-awareness is hard!
