IRS Commissioner John Koskinen is testifying to the House Judiciary Committee today at his impeachment hearing. Koskinen admitted to previously giving false testimony to Congress (but said he didn’t intend to). However, Democrats seem to want to take the focus off the IRS’s admitted targeting of Tea Party groups:
