Reports: Staten Island grand jury will not indict officer for chokehold death of Eric Garner

In July, Eric Garner died after a New York City police officer put him in a chokehold. A protest march on Staten Island took place the following month, and today it’s been announced that a grand jury will not indict the officer involved:
