'We are in big trouble': John Kerry claims US not at 'war' with ISIS; Nobody in particular comforted

Last month, Secretary of State John Kerry vowed that ISIS would be “destroyed” and “crushed.”

President Obama later said ISIS would be “dismantled” and “destroyed.”

But that won’t happen in any kind of a “war,” according to John Kerry today:
