Marco Rubio congratulates LeBron James; 'Attack ads' envisioned for failed prediction

It was announced today that LeBron James will return to Cleveland to play for the Cavaliers, and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio wished him good luck:

A few days ago, Rubio predicted James would not return to Cleveland:
