'Time to change your map': MSNBC graphic shows country that hasn't existed for over 20 years

In fairness to MSNBC, they’ve been a little too busy obsessing over Chris Christie and “Bridgegate” to update their maps in order to properly cover what’s going on in Russia and Ukraine:
