He can promise to affect the level of the oceans, bring peace to the world and guarantee “if you like your plan you’ll be able to keep it,” but when it comes to programming websites, that’s not Obama’s bag:
Obama: "I wanted to go in and fix it myself but I don't write code" http://t.co/utDZ4HQVLD

Obama is saying that he can’t fix the site because he doesn’t know anything about programming, but unfortunately for him that doesn’t mean he couldn’t have helped design the original version.
This is another example of “the buck stops over there”:
So POTUS isn't responsible for something if he doesn't personally carry out the action? Is that our new standard?

Wait, the administration had a standard when it came to the disastrous Obamacare rollout?
Some of Obama’s sycophantic boot lickers in the mainstream media might be highly depressed after their hero admitted he has a limitation.

Something the president should consider:
Obama says he'd fix HealthCareDotGov himself, but "I don't write code." Why doesn't Bill Ayers write it for him?

Heh.
If President Obama wants to learn code and help fix the site, Kathleen Sebelius has a book he should borrow.
