He can promise to affect the level of the oceans, bring peace to the world and guarantee “if you like your plan you’ll be able to keep it,” but when it comes to programming websites, that’s not Obama’s bag:

Obama is saying that he can’t fix the site because he doesn’t know anything about programming, but unfortunately for him that doesn’t mean he couldn’t have helped design the original version.
