Judging from this clip from Fox News’ “The Five” today, that’s what Beckel said:
Beckel: “Do you know how many permanent jobs there are on the Alaska pipeline? About a hundred.”
And with that, school was in session:
Beckel, not pulling this punch, you are wrong on the pipeline. It employs THOUSANDS & provides BILLIONS of barrels of domestic energy.

There's between 12 to 15k workers transported to the North Slope every month.

An entire multi-national corporation, Alyeska Pipeline, works on & for the pipeline. At its peak it provided 17% of US Domestic energy.

That’s not even taking into account all the service jobs created by work up there or the economic boom caused by building the pipeline.

Along the way, Palin was informed where the jobs really are:
“@SarahPalinUSA: There's between 12 to 15k workers transported to the North Slope every month.” nothing compared to Solyndra #getserious

Ha! We think maybe Beckel got mistaken and accidentally cited the number of permanent full time jobs that will exist in the United States after Obamacare fully kicks in.
