Having solved all problems at home, US Senate votes 86-11 to send $40 billion more to Ukraine (Biden will now sign)

Senate leaders from both parties were reportedly annoyed by Sen. Paul’s demand, but they worked around it and the bill has passed:

Just so you know, $40 billion is approximately 8 times the annual budget of the U.S. Border Patrol.
