'Self-awareness NOT detected': China state-affiliated media responds to U.S. diplomatic boycott of Beijing Olympics

As we told you earlier today, the Biden White House announced a “diplomatic boycott” of the 2022 Winter Olympics in China that will start in early February. U.S. athletes will still be competing but no officials or diplomats from the Biden administration will be in attendance.

China state-affiliated media Global Times had this to say about U.S. government officials not making the trip to China:
