Peter Doocy's question for Jen Psaki about Biden and the filibuster helps explain why he wasn't called on yesterday

Yesterday President Biden had his first press conference, and Fox News’ Peter Doocy was there but was never called on to asked a question.

During today’s briefing, Jen Psaki took a question from Doocy and it all helped demonstrate why he was avoided at yesterday’s Biden presser:
