'Pardon HIM?' Joe Biden hits a few self-awareness snags while rolling out pledge not to pardon Trump

As the 2020 Democrats continue to jockey for position, the candidates will do or say anything that they think will give them a leg up on the competition. It would appear that in Joe Biden’s world, he’s already not only assuming he’ll win the presidency, but that Trump will be seeking a pardon from something:
