This just in from Chicago: A judge has appointed a special prosecutor to look into State’s Attorney Kim Foxx’s handling (or mishandling) of the Jussie Smollett investigation:

“The judge questioned Foxx’s decision to appoint a deputy to oversee the Smollett case, saying that she did not have the authority to do so,” ABC7 reported.
