Former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz pondering a run for president as an independent has the Resistance worried that such a move would give a boost to President Trump’s re-election chances. ThinkProgress’ Ian Millhiser, who went on an anti-Howard Schultz rant earlier this week after Schultz said he was “seriously considering” running for president, is looking forward to payback time:
I can't wait to tax Howard Schultz back into the middle class.

First off, that was a helpful explanation, just not in the way the Left might think:
In a single tweet, Millhiser describes why Socialism ultimately fails.
Eventually, you run out of billionaires.

In one tweet, Ian explains why socialism can’t work. Eventually the billionaires aren’t billionaires anymore & the system doesn’t make new ones. ????????https://t.co/Y9bVcu8zVm

Yep! Once all of the billionaires are taxed back into the middle class, all of the middle class will be taxed back into the lower class. After that, the house of cards called socialism collapses on itself. Does Venezuela come to mind?

And then there’s the “envy” part that was made loud and clear:
But don't you dare accuse them of class warfare motivated by envy.
Oh no.
Don't you dare. https://t.co/OkkmgZ203P

Perish the thought! *Eye roll*
For the Left, it's never been about helping the poor. It's never been about raising revenue.
It's about attacking the rich. This is what class warfare looks like. https://t.co/zfDFhhVAhA

Instead of trying to destroy success, why not strive for it yourself?

Maybe some people just think it’s easier to try and take what somebody else has, by force if necessary.
Jealousy is such an ugly color. https://t.co/K6ebwFiAyS

Another option is attempt to be successful. Then you wont have these jealousy issues.

Have you ever noticed how much of what you want is driven by envy and hatred? https://t.co/FzlfhIexYZ

It seems like Millhiser loves to articulate compelling reasons to vote against Democrats. The problem is that he is being disingenuous (again). It isn't just Schultz; he'd tax EVERYONE at a higher rate. https://t.co/kJT5uMmlq8

It's actually kinda nice leftists are just coming out and telling the truth like this now. https://t.co/90Cvea9E0b

Envy is the root of the Democrat Party belief system. This is who they are.

Please do your best
The more the Left shows its #TrueColors
The more the votes get split https://t.co/Cp5sJezPya— Jim Hanson (@Uncle_Jimbo) January 31, 2019
