CNN sued the Trump administration after Jim Acosta’s hard pass was revoked, and a judge has just issued this ruling:

Acosta can get back into the White House, at least for now:

And here it is! Kelly says plaintiffs have shown likelihood fifth amendment rights were violated, and there is irreparable harm.

CNN: Federal judge Timothy J. Kelly sided with CNN on Friday, ordering the White House to reinstate chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta's press pass. The ruling was an initial victory for CNN in its lawsuit against President Trump and several top aides.

However, Acosta and CNN might want to hold off on uncorking the Champagne just yet:
CNN and Jim Acosta win today but remember this case is not over.
Judge is not ruling Acosta’s first amendment was in fact violated. This is just an injunction.
