The “die-in” organized by David Hogg succeeded in getting Publix supermarkets to say they’re ending all politically oriented donations, starting with an NRA-supported candidate:

However, Publix also said they would be putting at least a temporary halt to all political donations:

The regional supermarket chain, which is based in Florida, announced its decision amid a “die-in” at several Publix stores in the state to protest the supermarket chain’s financial support for a gubernatorial candidate who opposes gun control.
Publix said Friday in a statement that it will “suspend corporate-funded political contributions as we reevaluate our giving processes.”
Do liberal activists realize what they’ve done?
Because David Hogg convinced Publix to pull political funding from an NRA supporting candidate, they also backed out of funding for same-sex marriage and abortion advocacy…

So for about $5000 donated to a candidate who receives NRA donations, David hogg got Publix to stop donating millions to local government and planned parenthood and a bunch of LGBT causes. That's an amazing self own
