As our own Just Mindy reported on Friday, the judge in the Lindsay Clancy case declared a mistrial after one juror held out against a "not guilty by reason of insanity" defense. Clancy had plenty of women outside the courthouse defending her, even though she had murdered all three of her children, ranging in age from 5 years old to 8 months, by strangling them with an exercise band.
We've heard a lot of hot takes, but none as hot as this one, which implies that someone the husband is guilty. Isn't it suspicious to police that he walks away with the life insurance payout on all three kids?
