The midterm elections are approaching, and Democrats, whose only policy position seems to be winning and then figuring out the rest later, are dredging up year-old "scandals," like the Trump administration's lethal strikes on drug boats. The Intercept had an exclusive report this week that the United States has killed 227 civilians in narco-boat strikes during "a year of murders." Obama bro Jon Favreau, whose old boss ordered a drone strike on a wedding party, agrees that the strikes are just "straight up murder."
