All of the Democrats who appeared in that video encouraging sedition are making the most of their time in the spotlight. Again, they say they were just reminding military personnel that they can defy illegal orders, but the reality is that they wanted to plant the idea in their minds that the orders they were being given were illegal. The Democrats who appeared in the video can't name any illegal orders anyway when pressed by the media. As our own Doug Powers reported on Friday, Sen. Elissa Slotkin's excitement that TMZ had picked up on their stunt gave away the game.
The one I can't seem to get away from in my feed is Sen. Mark Kelly. The guy is everywhere, and he likes to remind people that he was shot at.
As I reported on Thursday, he reminded Stephen Miller that he'd been shot at:
I got shot at serving our country in combat, and I was there when your boss sent a violent mob to attack the Capitol. I know the difference between defending our Constitution and an insurrection, even if you don’t. https://t.co/d2QKHVpKTB
— Senator Mark Kelly (@SenMarkKelly) November 19, 2025
He also told no one in particular the next day that he'd been shot at, and a missile had blown up next to his airplane:
I've had a missile blow up next to my airplane, been shot at dozens of times by anti-aircraft fire, and launched into orbit — all for my country. I never thought I'd see a President call for my execution.

Trump doesn’t understand the Constitution, and we're all less safe for it.
As we reported, he went on MS NOW's Morning Joe to evoke the assassination of Charlie Kirk and compare it to Trump threatening to execute him.
🚨 JUST IN: Sen. Mark Kelly (D) is now outrageously using the name of CHARLIE KIRK to defend his calls for sedition against President Trump by the US military and CIA.

That’s low, Mark.
It’s a disgrace you are allowed to roam the halls of Congress.

He also mentioned that his wife had been shot and compared it to his "execution."
A gunman tried to silence my wife in an extreme act of political violence.

Now, Trump has called for my execution because he didn’t like what I had to say.
Gabby and I know, when others try to silence you, you must keep speaking out — and that’s exactly what we’re going to do. pic.twitter.com/CqUXxaKrLk
Yes, he certainly is going to keep speaking out. Here he is on a podcast, suggesting that we're "up against … a lot of challenges and headwinds." Um, could you be more specific?
Mark Kelly: “We are gonna fight for the Constitution. We’re not giving up. Donald Trump is not going to intimidate me or make me back down. What we did was patriotic. There is nothing more patriotic than standing up for the rule of law and the Constitution” pic.twitter.com/DoiTJCoFlj

You and your crew went on camera telling the military to ignore the Commander-in-Chief, then sprinted to X acting like wounded heroes when someone called it out.

You shouldn’t be filming mutiny PSA videos
Drop the space-cowboy drama. Nobody’s buying it.
Stop using AI to write your fear mongering slop.

Here's more of Kelly on Morning Joe, not mentioning what illegal orders have come down from the Trump administration, but instead advising members of the military what to do if they come up against something "confusing."
Sen. Mark Kelly — without providing an example of a single "illegal order" President Trump has given — runs to the Fake News to sow distrust within the military of the Commander-in-Chief.

Total scumbag. pic.twitter.com/RdRRfh5ody
They all got together and shot that video for some reason, but they can't seem to articulate any illegal orders that the military is supposed to defy. We're up against "challenges."
Meet @SenMarkKelly, openly instructed active duty troops to disobey lawful orders from their Commander-in-Chief.

Mark is tagged, let the traitor know what you think. pic.twitter.com/8zO3jU5vzF
Among vets, he’ll never live it down. He’s done. https://t.co/GyxaMF4Pie

It was unnecessary. He knows troops are taught about it. It was just more of their goofy performance art politics.
— USMC4Life (@JohnKayUSMC) November 22, 2025
Made worse that they cannot point at anything as illegal. Completely unnecessary.
It was unnecessary, but it did get Kelly a lot of invitations on cable news and podcasts to come on and not tell us what illegal orders he's talking about.
