I was kind of sad to hear that "Mr. FAFO" was shot and killed. This was the Gaza-based "journalist" who appeared in photographs as a model for just about everything:
Yesterday he was celebrating, and today he is martyred 😭. pic.twitter.com/tEVC4tN2Kb

As infuriating as Pallywood can be, it can also be entertaining if not downright laughable in Saleh al-Ja’frawi's case. As I reported, Zohran Mamdani's new bride mourned the death of "beloved Jafarawi," who was caught on camera (naturally) celebrating October 7.
Here's another story that's so ridiculous it's amusing. A Palestinian Arab who was cured of cancer by the Israelis claimed that he never had cancer, and Israel was just trying to poison him with chemotherapy. Because that's easier than just shooting him.
I’m sitting here stunned!!! Literally

Israeli doctors were giving chemotherapy to healthy Palestinian detainees, making them think they had cancer.
Emad Al Saraj is one of the cases. After his release, doctors ran tests and told him he didn’t have cancer. pic.twitter.com/CozXIN2RL5
There’s no moral floor here. No act is cruel or arbitrary enough to make a single Israeli even think twice. I’ve never even heard of anyone else giving healthy people chemo just for laughs, much less making it an institutional policy https://t.co/POFpP8Ppwa

You've never heard of anyone giving healthy people chemotherapy just for laughs because it never happened.
They're not this stupid, right?
— RBe (@RBPundit) October 27, 2025
They're pretending to be this stupid?
They literally cured this dude's cancer and they're pretending he never had it? https://t.co/oIKuWbwfK7
Israeli doctors cured a Palestinian Arab terrorist's cancer.

He was later found to be cancer free, so he accused Israel of lying about his cancer in order to poison him with chemo.
Ryan Grim dutifully swallows every last ounce of Palestinian buIIshit. pic.twitter.com/zIJVz5B4zM
Indeed. Instead of just raping them with a plunger Israeli doctors made up they had cancer so they could waste chemotherapy drugs on them

How much do you think it cost the Israeli taxpayer to give a healthy man chemotherapy? Asking cuz I live in a place where it is hard to get. You wait in line. IOW even your blood libels are moronic.

You believe it just because he said it?
— Wonky Johnson (@BluePikashoe) October 28, 2025
Chemo drugs cost tens of thousands of dollars. Why the hell would Israel waste them on torturing someone?
Seriously, do you just believe anything?
Yes, surely that is the most reasonable explanation for why a guy treated for cancer subsequently did not have cancer.
— dandelion georgism 🔰🏗 (@DolphinMossad) October 27, 2025
There are actually people who believe this. If he'd lived, Mr. FAFO would have shaved his head and claimed to have been one of the Palestinians being poisoned with chemotherapy drugs.
You people are the fucking stupidest people on planet earth.
