A house I pass on my way to the drugstore had the front yard crammed full of Halloween decorations in late August. Some people really can't wait to go all-out on spooky season.
FreedomNews TV has come across a Halloween display that's getting some attention in Houston. It features two mannequins in red MAGA hats hanging from a gallows, and another mannequin tied up next to a couple of coffins. Standing over the bound mannequin is another mannequin wearing a rainbow poncho and a straw hat, and above its head waves the Mexican flag. I think I'm most offended by the flying of the Mexican flag. What's the chance this display was put up by white liberals?

Ward neighborhood, a family's annual Halloween display has caused controversy online and throughout the community after many have flocked to see the spectacle.
Decorations included four mannequins, two wearing red hats depicted hanging… pic.twitter.com/a3p5vluIkH
The post continues:
… from ropes on a gallows, topped with a Mexican flag.
A third mannequin, dressed in a poncho and straw hat, stands over a fourth suit-wearing figure that is tied up on the ground next to multiple coffins. #Texas
I also notice that the display is fenced off.
A lot of work and planning went into this. I feel very fortunate that these aren't my neighbors.
Again, I don't know if I'm more offended by the hanged MAGA figures or the Mexican flag. I know it pissed me off during the Los Angeles riots when people stood on top of burning cars waving the Mexican flag. If your allegiance is to Mexico, why did you come here?
This is disgusting.

The FBI investigate a garage pull at NASCAR.

Yet they ignore this?
They sent, what, like 15 agents to determine that the "noose" had been there months before the space was assigned to Bubba Wallace.

Not immigration
Like the people I keep writing about in the United Kingdom's "Operation: Raise the Colours," if you can't fly your own country's flag because it might offend someone, you've been conquered.
A believe them when they show you

I say this a lot, but I don't know how people with this much hatred in their hearts walk around and function in society. Again, this took some imagination, a lot of planning, and probably some expense, as well as hard work.
Would it be safe to assume that they are or they employ illegals ?

I doubt illegals would draw this sort of attention to themselves. It's probably some AWFL and her cuck husband.
Free speech is great! Now the other neighbor should hang a family of Mexican immigrants in protest!

Glad to see the left is committed to “bringing down the temperature” of discourse

I once lived in Connecticut (unfortunately), and during the Bush years, there was a prominent rural home that would do a similar display of Bush and Cheney hanging. That's the way these people think. They don't realize they're savages.

That’s not celebrating Halloween,
— SmirKing Revenge (@InvisibleHand78) September 26, 2025
that’s celebrating political violence.
It's obviously a fantasy of theirs. There's some back and forth in the proposed Community Notes on whether this is covered under the First Amendment or if it's a threat.
I say let me keep it up. At least it will be a warning to trick-or-treaters to skip this house.
