A woman-only website has just lost a court battle in Australia over its blockage of trans woman and activist Roxanne Tickle. "Giggle for Girls" was founded by feminist businesswoman Sall Grover, so the case was Giggle v. Tickle. The judge ruled that Tickle is a woman "whose sex is recognised by an official, updated, Queensland birth certificate" and awarded her $10,000 Australian in damages and costs.
Amnesty International was thrilled with the ruling and put up a post:

Tickle's a transgender activist, so we wonder how sincere her desire to join "Giggle for Girls" was. Did she think she was missing out on some essential content? Or was this just another lawsuit like all the ones that have been filed against Masterpiece Cakeshop, which appears to be the only bakery in Colorado?
