The best (worst) part of this clip from “The View” is how Anne Hathaway has the hosts absolutely captivated — she’s saying exactly what they want to hear and even after she’s done that, she goes on some more, adding that “abortion can be another word for mercy.” Needless to say, Hathaway is fully on board with the pro-abortion movement, which as she points out, isn’t a moral conversation but a practical one. We’ve heard more than one actor tells us how abortion saved their careers.

Again, don’t tell us that nobody is pro-abortion. They most certainly are, and when weighed against a career, the baby always loses. No wonder so many woke businesses will pay for their employees to travel to get an abortion.

Wow she struuuuugled to say anything remotely coherent here

"Just because you get pregnant doesn't mean you get to keep that baby"
— Madeline Fry Schultz (@madelineefry) November 2, 2022
What does that even mean?
— WomanSkeptic (@DomesticatedThe) November 2, 2022
Nothing merciful about killing babies.

It’s merciful to the woman who got pregnant without wanting to. It’s all about “wanting” the baby. If you don’t want it, it’s a clump of cells.
Gross. Truly horrific.

No. This is not mercy.

Her point is: If society doesn’t allow a woman to end the life of her unborn child, she might not be able to become a famous actress. That’s a tragedy; ending a life is not.

We might not have seen Jameela Jamil on “She-Hulk” if she hadn’t had an abortion, which to her meant “her life wasn’t over.” Imagine Alyssa Milano’s career if she hadn’t had that abortion, which let her experience life’s “great joys.”
Disgusting. She says she’s this is not a “moral conversation for abortion,” and then says another word for abortion is mercy and it’s about human rights. She is attempting to make a moral argument in favor or abortion. Murder is immoral. Abortion is immoral.
— Josh Bird (@JoshBir62484207) November 2, 2022
That’s a great point: She says it’s not a moral argument, but then equates it with mercy.
As abhorrent as this viewpoint is, I'd ask everyone (rightfully) angry about this to please also pray for her and the people who think this is OK.

Who are we to question God’s power, but we think Hathaway and the like are too far gone to ever see the other side of this issue.
