Justin Trudeau explains that mandates, though frustrating, 'are the way to avoid further restrictions'

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has popped his head out for a bit to talk about the vaccine mandates that inspired a horde of truckers to drive to Ottawa to protest. Trudeau actually seems to show some empathy for the protesters for a second, explaining that he knows how frustrating it’s been to live under COVID-19 for two years. But then he adds that the beatings will stop when morale improves.
