Hot take: Every gun death is a murder, and every gun purchase is premeditated murder

This hot take comes to us from Bad Legal Takes. We tried to grab the original tweet to include it but the account owner has locked down, so we weren’t able to partake of his wisdom further. Apparently, the thought process goes like this: the only reason to have a gun is to kill other people, so everyone who buys a gun has already considered killing someone else. And killing someone else with a gun is always murder because you bought that gun with the intention of killing someone with it.

No wonder he locked down his account.

So hunting doesn’t exist, or hunting is premeditated murder?
