As Twitchy reported Friday, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was among those ridiculing Fox News correspondent Lawrence B. Jones, who reported from the border and wore a bulletproof vest which he says was at the request of Border Patrol agents. Ocasio-Cortez suggested he’d snagged the bulletproof vest from Party City and that Fox News was “doing the most on a budget to make the border look more dangerous than it is.”
Then leftist propaganda channel NowThis News featured Jones’ segment with his “tiny protective vest,” which caught the attention of freelance reporter Rebecca Aguilar:
