Asra Q. Nomani, a former reporter for The Wall Street Journal, one of the founders of the Muslim Reform Movement, and author of “Standing Alone: An American Woman’s Struggle for the Soul of Islam,” has a video she’d like Speaker Nancy Pelosi to see.
She certainly wasn’t welcomed into Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s office along with the Women’s March’s Linda Sarsour last week, and on Monday she posted video of her attempt to enter with her camera.
Dear @SpeakerPelosi, I'm a journalist. In 2002, militants slayed Danny Pearl after my pal left my home in Karachi. His last words: "I am a Jew." Last week, I reported on CAIR & Linda Sarsour lobbying for Ilhan Omar. Here is what happened, via CAIR footage. World: What do you see? pic.twitter.com/49akCKd9CK

Below is the video from the angle of my phone. In my video, you can hear Linda Sarsour's order to her CAIR-affiliated aides, as well as their taunting. In the CAIR video, you can see their clearly aggressive body blocking. From any angle, it's wrong. https://t.co/ork7RunCsh

Translation of what Sarsour said: “Don’t let her be one of the first ones in. Do you all hear me?(Speaking to the woman) Come stand here. Don’t let her be one of the first ones in.”
Getting her thugs to do her bidding in US Congress
Thank you for exposing this Asra. Terrifying.

Where are the feminists on this one? Tlaib’s “sisters” in Congress? What do you see?
I see Linda Sarsour running the show.

I see Linda Sarsour instructed others to block you & let her followers to get in first. I noticed CAIR's Mongi Dhaouadi & a woman w/ a yellow jacket blocked & shoved you from Tlaib’s office. Dear @SpeakerPelosi these despicable acts should NOT become normal under your leadership. pic.twitter.com/1Elfxyj04a

in this picture I see the three main people that blocked you. And I see a man standing on your way like a wall. So this is not democracy. This is the use of male power. pic.twitter.com/mlTKWPZnEy

This is wrong. Those people have NO right blocking you from recording.

The land of the free? Changing fast.

You see the tall guy in the middle of the doorway with slightly gray hair & a beard? He's in a lot of videos of Linda Sarsour lately. He must be one of her enforcers. He gets agressive & pushes back verbally if not physically.
— Justin Time (@JustinCzas) March 12, 2019
He certainly looks like the same guy who recently physically shielded Sarsour from someone asking her if Israel has a right to exist (which she didn’t answer).
This yellow coat lady thinks no one notice that she intentionally blocks you, I often see these evil tactics in Iran under Sharia & that’s the reason I bring this up, the similarity of their behaviors,
— beebo (@Safeword13) March 11, 2019
Yes, @Safeword13, that's why I wanted to share this video. It mirrors tactics we see overseas in home countries with regressive regimes. If you couldn't see, she is Jinan Shbat aka Jinan Deena, CAIR events and outreach manager.
— Asra Q. Nomani, PI (@AsraNomani) March 11, 2019
Yes the woman in the middle is Zainab Chaudary, CAIR outreach manager in Maryland. She is spearheading the effort to pass Boycott, Divest Sanction legislation in the Maryland state legislature https://t.co/iTYNUdK0Ch

Why does this person get so much fanfare and is allowed to waltz into a congresswoman’s office like that? I guarantee if a normal person did that they would get hassled and scrutinized!
— Chris (@chrisswiggs) March 12, 2019
How does she get unfettered access is beyond me.
— Saket Chaturvedi (@UpTheIrons83) March 11, 2019
The beauty & charm of the House of Representatives (and Senate) office buildings is that it’s supposed to be the “people’s house,” where anyone can walk into any congressional office—until now, it seems, when Linda Sarsour installs bouncers at the door.
— Asra Q. Nomani, PI (@AsraNomani) March 11, 2019
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez didn’t have any problem entering Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office to join a climate change protest. And Sarsour was all over the place on swearing-in day.
This is the road western democracy is heading down….we need to take a step back and quickly. This behaviour can not be acceptable by any side and it needs to be called out by the Left before it is too late.

@AsraNomani Thank you. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
