SAD! Martha McSally concedes Arizona Senate election to Kyrsten Sinema

Here’s news we didn’t want to hear:

#BREAKING Kyrsten Sinema defeats Martha McSally; will be first woman from Arizona in U.S. Senate https://t.co/S1rX8KT9Nm

Martha McSally has just conceded to Kirsten Sinema — adding another Democratic seat in the Senate. This guarantees Arizona will be seen as a 2020 battleground. Do Democrats have new inroads in their race against Trump? We’ll know in two years, but you’ll be hearing a lot about AZ

Arizona Senate race done: Martha McSally (R) concedes to Kyrsten Sinema (D). Trailing by more than 38,000 votes at this time and not enough votes still out there to overcome the deficit.

BREAKING: Martha McSally (R) says she has called and congratulated Kyrsten Sinema (D) "on becoming Arizona's first female senator."

A great disappointment. @MarthaMcSally is a warrior and a patriot. She will be back. Perhaps very, very soon. https://t.co/h1IS4e9Nll

Krysten Sinema once called Arizona the meth lab of Democracy. Now, we know why. #LordHaveMercy

Arizona now has a commie representing them. Awesome.

Some good news, maybe?

Kyle's going to quit so Ducey can name McSally to the Senate and the GOP will continue to think their big Act Blue problem is technology based.

Looking forward to Ducey appointing McSally to Kyl's (McCain's) seat in January. #AZSEN ,

If Sen Kyl retires in next few weeks. and Gov Ducey appoints McSally before Sinema is sworn in..is McSally the sr. Senator from Arizona? https://t.co/DL6ceTvLsR
