WINNING: Joe Biden wonders 'what in the hell is happening' with President Trump's approach to diplomacy

Former Vice President Joe Biden attended a campaign rally Monday night in support of Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum, and he touched on President Trump’s relations with Russia and North Korea.

“What in the hell is happening? What’s going on?” asked the man who presided over stellar secretaries of state Hillary “Reset Button” Clinton and John Kerry, who deployed singer/songwriter James Taylor to France to fend off terrorism.

Yeah, maybe wait until his second term when he’ll have more flexibility to deal with Russia.

And as far as what’s going on with North Korea, we witnessed North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un cross into South Korea for the first time since the end of the Korean War to hold a summit … that was kind of a big thing. It kind of makes us wonder where Barack Obama keeps his well deserved Nobel Peace Prize.
