As Twitchy reported, ABC News suspended Brian Ross for four weeks without pay following Friday’s bogus report that Donald Trump, as a candidate, directed Gen. Michael Flynn to make contact with the Russians.
He wasn’t fired, though. He’ll be back, but CBS News is reporting that when he returns, Ross won’t be reporting on Trump anymore.

ABC News reporter Brian Ross, who is currently suspended without pay, will no longer cover stories involving President Trump following his erroneous report last Friday about former national security adviser Michael Flynn. The network confirmed Tuesday the order by ABC News President James Goldston.
Goldston expressed his anger over the error on an internal phone call to staff that was leaked to CNN. ABC declined a request by the Associated Press to make Goldston available for an interview Tuesday.
Now he'll just be creating Fake News on other subjects. https://t.co/tWSyLXkxTz

ABC and Brian Ross should be sued into oblivion for what happened to stock market. https://t.co/ExQmWfbLVC

Now that his mission is complete, #BrianRoss has been put away, perhaps to be used again in future when the need arises. This guy straight up presented #FakeNews that feed the #leftist narrative, and all he gets is some time on the sidelines. https://t.co/GukORd07z9
