CNN: Hackers disclose information on 20,000 FBI employees

CNN is reporting Monday night that hackers have made good on their threat to post the contact information of around 20,000 FBI employees.

CNN reports that hackers published contact information for 20,000 FBI employees Monday afternoon, just one day after posting similar data on almost 10,000 Department of Homeland Security employees. The information published included names, titles, phone numbers and email addresses but no Social Security numbers.

The alleged hackers tweeted, “FBI and DHS info is dropped and that’s all we came to do, so now its time to go, bye folks! #FreePalestine.”

The account @DotGovs has been tweeting screen grabs from what they say is a hack that will expose 20,000 FBI personnel files and 9,000 DHS.
