With race too close to call, Hillary Clinton gives 'victory' speech

Viewers watching Ted Cruz deliver his GOP victory speech on CNN and MSNBC suddenly found themselves watching Hillary Clinton deliver her own “victory” speech — even though a winner had not been officially declared yet, as the vote was too close to call. How close? How about as close a two-tenths of a percentage point, with votes still being counted?

It appears Democrats have become so socialist that they evenly distribute their votes. #IowaCaucus

Clinton mood and delivery is confident. She says Democrats agree on goals, but not means. That's her favored frame vs. Sanders.

So Hillary Clinton says she was “breathing a sigh of relief” but didn’t declare victory, exactly.

Clinton stopped shy of declaring a victory in her speech.
