The lights atop the Empire State Building, along with the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, went dark earlier this week in remembrance of slain NYPD officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos. Following the funeral ceremony for Officer Ramos this morning, the Empire State Building has been lit as a flashing police siren in honor of the two men.
