As we’ve been informed by the White House, President Obama tends to learn what’s going on in the world (especially administration scandals) from the newspaper or cable news, and finds out about major events at the same time the rest of us do. So it’s perfectly fair for Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal to wonder if anyone’s informed the president that the national debt has now hit $18 trillion.
