Sgt. Tahmooressi freed; 'Obama to release selfie of Obama looking at the Mexican border'

As Twitchy reported, Rep. Matt Salmon posted a statement Friday night thanking the many people instrumental in securing the release of Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi from Mexico. Rep. Ed Royce (R-Calif.), Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, was also singled out for his efforts in freeing Tahmooressi.

Though Salmon’s list was extensive, he (or someone on his staff) retweeted the following posts suggesting that another name should have been among those helping to free our #MarineHeldInMexico.

For their part, the family of Sgt. Tahmooressi issued a lengthy statement through Montel Williams’ spokesman offering their thanks to Williams and to the president … of Serving California. No mention of a certain other president, though.
