Comic and late-night host Conan O’Brien found himself in hot water with fans last night with a joke tweet about Marvel Comics’ new super hero, a Muslim-American teen. That tweet, which referred to “her husband’s other wives,” has recently disappeared without explanation.

That move, though, managed to offend those who urged O’Brien to stand by his original joke.
