Here’s a hot tip from actor and writer Wil Wheaton: there’s some sort of Twitter hashtag going around that makes him say “Wow.” Trusted sources suggest that #TCOT stands for “Top Conservatives on Twitter,” and it’s been been going strong for a good four or five years.
