Last year, the Pro-Choice Caucus sent around “messaging materials” with new talking points for “Abortion Do’s and Don’ts.” Listed under “Harmful Language” was “unwanted pregnancy”; the “Helpful” alternative was “unexpected pregnancy.” Also, “safe, legal, and rare” was tossed in favor of “safe, legal, and accessible.” Whose idea was it to sneak in “rare” in the first place?
We’ve seen people argue that no one “celebrates” abortion, and yet there’s the “Shout Your Abortion” movement and Comedy Central’s “Salute to Abortion,” complete with a marching band, on Michelle Wolf’s short-lived show.
We don’t know what NIRH Action Fund stands for, but their Twitter bio says they previously operated as NARAL Pro-Choice New York. And to them, abortions are beautiful. Why do they get so pissed, then, when pro-lifers show up with enlarged photos of abortions at protests?
