OK, let’s set this up by talking about Desmond Napoles (aka Desmond is Amazing). There was a good deal of backlash back in 2018 when “Good Morning America” had on as guests the then-11-year-old drag queen and his approving mother. Some called it child abuse, but it was certainly exploitation. A year later, Reuters celebrated Desmond is Amazing by featuring him on its “Best of 2019” list as an LGBT activist:

So Desmond’s mom pimps him out everywhere she can, from “RuPaul’s Drag Race” to “Good Morning America,” but complains to Twitter about a copyright violation when a conservative outlet used a screenshot from a video. Here’s Political Sock to tell you about it:
You remember the child who dresses in drag and performs under the name “Desmond is Amazing”? I have weird update.
First, some background. This @BlueBoxDave article in @FDRLST from 2020. (Note, I intentionally removed the image associated w the link.)https://t.co/7WgiyvFt5M

Even before the young boy was seen with an adult drag queen who joked about doing ketamine, there was already obvious controversy about him, as reported by @realDailyWire
Note that the kid’s mom, Wendy Napoles is featured in this article.https://t.co/nb9pJHTD14

Now, flash forward to June 2022. I sent this tweet.
You might notice an image is now missing from my June tweet. That is because sometime recently, Napoles reported me to Twitter for alleged COPYRIGHT violation. https://t.co/hvG74nonZG
— Political Sock (@politicalsock) December 21, 2022
Twitter removed the screenshot? What about fair use?
What was the offending, allegedly copyrighted image?
Well, even I can’t see it now, but I’m all but certain it was a screenshot of the Federalist article title and featured image. Here it is, with the image redacted. pic.twitter.com/FvCRZFE3MN

Our archives say it was 11-year-old “Lactatia” who was live-streaming jokes about snorting the club drug Ketamine. That was after, at age 10, Lactatia was photographed backstage with a naked adult man (well, not entirely naked … he had tape on his junk) for Huck magazine.
The image of Desmond was just a screen capture from videos previously posted to the internet, as Marcus reported: “The clips, first reported on by The Post Millennial, appeared on YouTube in July of 2018 and December of 2017.”
— Political Sock (@politicalsock) December 21, 2022
But Napoles reported to Twitter that this photo is allegedly her private work.
She puts her kid in drag attire and makeup on Facebook Live, but the a screen cap isn’t fair game for social commentary? (Actually, it is fair game.) pic.twitter.com/pPMOrrIGQ8
— Political Sock (@politicalsock) December 21, 2022
So, Desmond’s mom got me temporarily suspended from Twitter for the offense of posting an image from The Federalist. Which was from her own live video post.
I now have a “strike” against my account, and the only way to fight this w Twitter is to give Napoles MY name & info. Nope
— Political Sock (@politicalsock) December 21, 2022
But it gets better.
You know who the CREEP is in this?
Is it the hyper-gendered grown men joking about rape drugs with a hyper-gendered young boy?
Is it the mom who seemingly markets her son to howls of applause at gay clubs?
Nah. It’s us, for noticing.
— Political Sock (@politicalsock) December 21, 2022
That was the crime. The wrong people noticed.
In fact, she called *me* “slightly perverted” for linking to the video where her son mimics using drugs with an adult drag queen who just mentioned a sexual assault drug.
I have to imagine she was there! Here is Ms. Napoles’ note. pic.twitter.com/G1JXAKTkat
— Political Sock (@politicalsock) December 21, 2022
Photos of someone else’s minor child … lady, give us a break. You’d be fine if he were getting paid.
Because she filed the complaint, I now know her full name, address, phone number and the name of the LLC she started to profit (seemingly) off her boy. I won’t be sharing that information.
No, Ms. Napoles, I won’t challenge your Twitter complaint & open my life up to your drama.
— Political Sock (@politicalsock) December 21, 2022
But damn, woman. Please stop parading your child around grown men like this. You are permanently damaging the young man.
In a just society, the law would prosecute you and remove the boy to a loving foster home.

So Mom is fully on board with exploiting her son as a drag queen and “runway model” from the age of 7 and then complains to Twitter about some pervert posting a screenshot of her minor child. Right.
