As Twitchy reported, President Joe Biden shot a video to tell supporters that although he has COVID-19, he’s only feeling minor symptoms and everything will be fine. Press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre attested to Biden’s superhuman stamina, noting that “he spoke for 20 minutes in 93-degree weather” Wednesday while everyone else in his entourage was ready to pass out from the heat.
Biden looks and sounds fine, but one reporter wanted to know if there’s any plan in place to transfer power to Vice President Kamala Harris, you know, just in case.
REPORTER: "Is there a plan in place to transfer power to Vice President Harris if the president's situation gets worse?"
KJP: "He's able to do the business of the American people from the residence, and that's what matters right now."
