David French says the Supreme Court telling Congress to do its job is 'a dangerous game'

As Twitchy reported, Rep. Rashida Tlaib ripped the “fascist” Supreme Court for limiting the regulatory reach of the EPA. “The federal government will be restricted from regulating anything of significance in the absence of a clear Congressional directive to do so,” she tweeted, apparently unaware that she’s a member of Congress. Restricting the federal government is almost always a good thing, but David French says that “a dangerous game is afoot.” Sure, SCOTUS is telling Congress to do its job … but what if Congress refuses?

“The Constitution isn’t working,” says French.

You’d think a conservative would be happy about gridlock when the Democrats control both houses of Congress.
