Even the best sometimes hit us with a bad tweet, and today it’s Sen. John Cornyn, who’s telling us that now is not the time for finger-pointing in the Uvalde school shooting aftermath. We’ll have plenty of time to investigate and sort things out later. Or we could do it now; Gov. Greg Abbott already says he was briefed with bogus information.
