President Joe Biden is in Brussels, Belgium Thursday, meeting with NATO leaders and warning U.S. citizens of upcoming food shortages. He also did some more campaigning against Donald Trump by hauling out the “very fine people” lie, but he did touch at points on the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Biden told NATO leaders that if Russia uses chemical weapons in Ukraine, the United States will respond.
