The White House made it clear that it was sending Vice President Kamala Harris to Poland not to make any deals but rather to “serve as an emissary and an emblem of the administration’s commitment to the country.” They should have just sent an iPod loaded with President Biden’s State of the Union address and called it a day. As Twitchy reported earlier, Harris laughed awkwardly in her own special way when asked about the Ukrainian refugee crisis during a joint press conference with Polish President Andrzej Duda.
